Norfolk County Council pays recycling credits to local councils and community and voluntary groups who collect household rubbish for recycling from within the Norfolk area. Recycling credits are worth £49.07 per tonne and are payable in addition to any money received for selling the recycling to a merchant. Every year, nearly £7 million is spent to support recycling in Norfolk. Please visit www.norfolk.gov.uk/recyclingcredits to find out how to claim, or contact your local council.
